Our Process

  • Step 1: Contact Me

    Submit a request through the contact form, call, or text with the following:

    • Type of document(s)

    • Number of signers

    • Preferred date/time

    • Location of signing

    Step 2: Get a Quote

    You'll receive a quote including the notarization fee and travel fee based on your location.

    Step 3: Schedule Your Appointment I’ll confirm the appointment details and send a confirmation via text or email.

    Step 4: Prepare for Your Appointment

    • Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID

    • Have all documents ready and unsigned

    • All signers must be present

    Step 5: Sign & Notarize

    I’ll verify ID, witness signatures, and complete the notarization at your location.

    Step 6: Payment & Receipt

    Pay via cash, card, or other accepted method. A receipt will be provided upon request.

  • Step 1: Book Online Notarization

    Use my [booking link] (insert your OneNotary link here) to schedule a remote appointment at your convenience.

    Step 2: Upload Your Documents

    Upload the documents needing notarization through the secure OneNotary portal.

    Step 3: ID Verification

    You'll complete a quick ID check and knowledge-based authentication (KBA), if required by law.

    Step 4: Meet Online

    Join the virtual notary session from your computer or mobile device with webcam and mic access.

    Step 5: Sign & Notarize

    I’ll walk you through the signing process live on video, then complete the notarization electronically.

    Step 6: Download Your Documents

    Once notarized, you’ll receive a secure PDF copy for download and your records.

  • Step 1: Scheduling by Title/Lender or Borrower
    Loan signings can be booked directly by the lender, title company, or borrower. Please provide:

    • Signing date/time

    • Location (if in-person)

    • Loan package type (refi, purchase, HELOC, etc.)

    Step 2: Receive & Review Documents
    Loan documents are sent securely and reviewed for accuracy before the appointment.

    Step 3: Conduct the Signing

    • I guide the signer(s) through each document

    • Ensure all signatures, dates, and initials are complete

    • Notarize required documents per state law

    Step 4: Document Return

    • I scan and/or drop off documents as instructed

    • Return shipping via preferred carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.) with tracking provided

    Step 5: Completion Confirmation
    You’ll receive confirmation once the signing is complete and documents are returned.
